Kendall Homes Inc. is a family run construction company based in Southborough, MA.
Owners Chuck & Jeanne Black, have been building custom residential homes in the metro west area since 1985. The building boom of the 90's propelled our small business into one of the area's premier custom home builders. Since then, the company has grown in many different areas of the industry. From subdivision development to custom renovations, our company has the resources to meet our customers demands. Today Kendall Homes has transformed into a full scale development company with commercial and residential rental ptoperties. Our company has the experience and ability to get the job done right the first time. Chris and Tim Black currently manage and operate Kendall Homes Excavation Division. The company currently owns 13 pieces of heavy equipment aiding the construction process. We are fully licensed and trained in many areas of site work.
